This Latin American pet food company required a clear path to plan and achieve their digital transformation goals.

We delivered a complete IT consultancy, focused on the goals and challenges that our client produced. We worked on brainstorming procedures, technical aspects, business model analysis, and creation of the technical specifications to ensure a successful digital transformation process.

Also, we were in charge of product design. We created the UX and UI of the mobile app and website.

Planning and IT Consultancy

We helped with all processes related to the planning and definition of the product, like brainstorming procedures, technical aspects, business model analysis, and creation of the technical specifications.

UI / UX Design

Production of all design components. It includes the Art control, wireframes, mockups, clickable archetypes (Invision or Marvel), and User Interface Design for the desktop app.

First, we understand the expectations. Then, we continue with the definition of the specifications with the customer, where it is probable to potentiate, scale, redefine, and land to a viable and productive technological approach, using the following steps:

1. Resolution of result priorities.

Explicit definition of all the functional and non-functional characteristics that the final product must cover, along with its acceptance criteria and technical features on desirable technologies to develop the product. Deliverable: Document of functional, non-functional requirements, and user stories. Cooperating team profile: Engineer specialized in requirement analysis.

We created the user experience and user interface for the Mobile app and website aligned with the client’s expectations, best practices, and determinations. We use the best design instruments and combine the experience of the art director, UX designers, and UI designers.
